This hotel is a gem! The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, creating a cozy atmosphere. The service is top-notch, with staff going out of their way to assist with any needs. The location is unparalleled, allowing easy access to Central Park and the upscale upper east side, away from the hustle of Times Square. The dining experience is a must-try, just like the rest of the exceptional hotel amenities.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms were elegant and immaculate, offering a sweet view of NYC rooftops. The bed felt like a treasure. However, the only downside was the tiny bathroom which felt out of place for a hotel in this price category.

The hotel is a wonderful choice for a stay. The room allocated to my husband and me was not as impressive in size or decor as others, and there was some noise from the industrial fan/dehumidifier in the hall nearby that ran continuously. On the bright side, we appreciated the non-allergenic pillows provided.
